To request a valuation please provide the details requested below. You will then be directed to Paypal to complete the process. Do not worry if you do not have a Paypal account, you can use any credit or debit card at checkout. All your payment details are processed securely by Paypal.
Your request will then be sent to us and will contact you within 2 working days. Please note, our office working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
If your Housing Association is not listed please do not proceed with the online form, call us on 01483 730909.
For desktop update requests, please ensure that your original inspection / valuation was carried out within the last 12 months (6 months for Clarion Leaseholders), if you are unsure please contact us. Once we have received your instruction we will contact you to establish the status - whether you are yet to market your property, under offer or still staircasing. You must refer to your Shared Ownership Lease / or speak directly with your Housing Association to confirm their Desktop update requirements.
For equity loan, staircasing and resale valuation requests we will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment for one of our RICS Registered Valuers to visit your property. Appointments are scheduled Monday to Friday. We try our best to be accommodating with appointments but our diaries are arranged subject to other appointments / availability.
