Frazers Surveyors take the well being and safety of our employees and clients very seriously. We are following the Government’s latest guidance to help reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19.
In our office we are following the Governments guidance on working safely.
During our inspection appointments we are following the Governments guidance on working in other peoples homes.
All our inspections are by appointment only, with one person visiting the property at any time. During inspections we ask;
- That all parts of the property that we need to inspect are accessible and ventilated (windows open).
- Occupiers either vacate the property or stay in a separate room through out the inspection.
- If any occupier is unwell and / or testing positive for COVID-19, you contact us prior to your appointment.
