We’ve been really impressed with Frazers Surveyors from start to finish. They were incredibly efficient at getting back to us and arranging an appointment.  Katrina kept us fully informed throughout, making sure everything was booked and ready to go.

Matthew carried out our L3 survey and did a wonderful job. He was extremely thorough and provided us with a really detailed and helpful report. What has been particularly appreciated is that his support didn’t stop once the survey was completed. He has continued to be responsive and helpful with questions that have come up while we’ve been working through things with our solicitors.

I’ve used Frazer Surveyors twice now, and both experiences were spot on. They managed to book me in quickly, and communication was efficient throughout the entire process.

I had a really positive experience with Frazers Surveyors when instructing them to do a RICs Level 2 home survey in July 2025. I had my shared ownership valuation carried out by Salvatore. He visited my property and was both professional and friendly. The valuation report was issued incredibly quickly, by the very next day!
When my 3 month valuation expired, I contacted Frazers again, and Katrina Tang was extremely helpful in booking a new valuation for me. Once again, the report turnaround was impressively fast, issued within just 2 days.

I used Fraser surveyors when I wanted to extend my ground rent for my flat in Reading as it was not easy to mortgage due to the ground rent doubling every 20 years. Salvatore was incredibly professional throughout and kept me up to date with how it was progressing. He had to really chase the freeholder, educate them on the process and negotiate everything from the price to extend as well as the terms and condition. I was super pleased that I had selected them to help me, not only did I get a very good price for extending but they were knowledgable, reliable and trustworthy.
