I had an excellent experience with Frazers! I was struggling to book a valuation with another company due to their unhelpfulness, but Frazers made the whole process smooth and straightforward. They offered me an earlier appointment than the other firm and delivered the completed report within just 3 days! The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others!

A fantastic company to deal with. I used Frazers for my RICs survey and my home buyers survey and on both occasions the service was excellent and both surveyors went above and beyond to communicate with me and provide the reports well within the time specified. Anyone I have dealt with in the office has been efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Special thanks to the surveyors Salv and Matthew, and to Jenny and Chris in the office. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely faultless level of service from Frazers. We dealt directly with Salvatore and he went above and beyond from the initial site visit, followed by a detailed report to the final negotiations with the Valuation Office on our behalf. In current times I find this level of service pretty non existent so to have received this level from Salvatore was a breath of fresh air. A true professional both technically and client delivery wise. A complex and sensitive project was made much less difficult with Frazers, who were recommended initially as well.

Frazers were excellent when supporting me with the sale of my home. I required an extension to the evaluation near the end of the process that was urgent and they did a brilliant job sorting this for me very quickly so the sale could go through as planned. The staff were courteous, efficient and helpful every step of the way! I would recommend them 100%!!

Website and pricing is misleading to get your contact details. They then contact you to give you a 'Real Quotation' which is nearly double the price. A total waste of time !

Thank you for your feedback. Our online valuation request facility is for specific housing associations and valuations, as detailed. Unfortunately the information you entered on our online form was incorrect. We then contacted you to advise you of our fee to provide a valuation that met your requirements and explained the differences in our fee scales. Highly recommend, had frazers and team value my flat for a lease renewal.. had no issues, very smooth and communicated every step, highly recommend to friends and family, I'd happily use them again for the future
